Biography

I am a PhD candidate jointly trained in Strategy at the Ross School of Business and Sociology at the University of Michigan. My work is motivated by a long-standing interest in entrepreneurship, markets, and inequality, informed by both academic training and practical experience with organizations and business owners.

I am broadly interested in how organizational practices reproduce or challenge inequality, and in developing empirically grounded theories that speak to real-world organizational decision-making.
